Koch Logistics will pay you within 21 days of receipt of paperwork (including signed POD and freight invoice). For FASTER payment, we also offer T-Chek TM . Ask our dispatchers for more information on how you can get paid FAST!

Accessorial Reimbursement

Koch Logistics understands that your time is valuable. We pay fair detention to our carriers when your truck is detained beyond expectation by our shipper or consignee, when there is no fault by you. Ask our dispatchers for more information on how you can get paid detention.

Lumper services are also fully refundable with proof of payment (lumper receipt).
